Our Concussion Resource
Concussions are a major issue in soccer. Sustaining a concussion can significantly impact a soccer player's physical, mental, and emotional health.

Even so, soccer is a fantastic sport that can improve our health and well-being. Participating in youth soccer leads to important benefits such as improved cardiovascular health, healthy growth of bones, lower body fat, increased endurance, better coordination, and improved interpersonal & social skills.

Through our concussion resource, we educate the youth soccer community on the issue of concussions and empower youth soccer players to participate in soccer in a safer way. Informed soccer players, parents, and coaches can contribute to a global soccer community that recognizes both the benefits and risks of playing the game of soccer.
